Royal Consumer Products (Mafcote) is America's leading manufacturer of Geographics® Stationery, Royal Brites® Display Board and Royal Lace® Doilies. They partnered with Stand For Trees and Meta Carbon to measure, reduce and offset the carbon footprint of their certificate paper products.

Stand For Trees measured the carbon footprint of five Royal Consumer Products lines for 2023 -- starting with the bamboo used to produce the paper and including the trucking, ocean freight, and local consumer shipping involved in getting product to shelves. Meta Carbon processed that activity data and matched the resulting tonnes against high-quality REDD+ credits.

This endeavor has yielded profound environmental benefits. Royal Consumer Products' impact means preserving over 300 ancient trees from imminent destruction, while also contributing to education, healthcare, and jobs for communities in the Southern Cardamom region of Cambodia.
